The second day of 2009 should be just as nice as the first, with temperatures in the low-to-mid 70s and only a slight chance of rain.
This weekend should be even warmer, said Bay News 9 meteorologist Juli Marquez. It’s expected to be in the upper 70s each afternoon with no rain in the forecast Saturday or Sunday.
Next week, a stronger cold front will likely move through, bringing a better rain chance Tuesday night and Wednesday, Marquez said. Patchy fog is expected the next few mornings, but nothing too serious.
